Erik Larsen allegedly found it too hard to draw certain characters...

So what did he do with them? As he tells in this tweet:

That probably includes the old girlfriend the Savage Dragon had in the early days of that creation, whom he obliterated in very slapdash fashion. But I still find his defense hard to swallow, and it's no excuse for such cheap tactics either. Just because he supposedly finds it hard to draw them doesn't mean they need to be wiped out. Sure, it's his book, banal and pretentious as it's been for many years, but it's still pretty head-shaking how Larsen's made himself into one of those various modern contributors who take the easy road instead of being more creative.

About me

  • I'm Avi Green
  • From Jerusalem, Israel
  • I was born in Pennsylvania in 1974, and moved to Israel in 1983. I also enjoyed reading a lot of comics when I was young, the first being Fantastic Four. I maintain a strong belief in the public's right to knowledge and accuracy in facts. I like to think of myself as a conservative-style version of Clark Kent. I don't expect to be perfect at the job, but I do my best.
